Electrical Progam
Our electrical program gives construction trade students the skills and knowledge they need for a successful career as electricians. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, students will learn how to install, maintain, and repair lighting and control systems and transformers. Plus, they gain a comprehensive understanding of risk assessment, computer-aided design (CAD), and preventative maintenance. By the end of the program, students are prepared to take on challenges in the electrical industry with confidence.
Fire Sprinkler Progam
Fire sprinklers are an essential part of any fire suppression system. Our program provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become certified fire sprinkler installers or inspectors. Our program teaches apprentices in all aspects of fire sprinkler installation and inspection, including system design, code requirements, and how to properly test and maintain fire sprinkler and specialty systems. Upon completion of our program, students will be prepared to obtain their certification and begin careers in the South Florida fire sprinkler industry.
HVAC Progam
Proper education is essential for anyone who wants to work in the HVAC industry. At ABC Institute, we offer a comprehensive program that will teach students everything they need to know about installing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling units. In our HVAC program, students will learn all things heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. They will study air distribution systems such as sheet metal duct, hydronic, and fiberglass/flexible duct. Maintenance and troubleshooting while mastering electrical wiring will also be taught.
Plumbing Progam
Looking to get hired as a professional plumber? Our apprenticeship program is perfect for those who want to enter this in-demand field. Reliable and trustworthy, our team of experts will teach everything to know about plumbing, from installing pipes to fixing drains. We'll equip students with the skills and knowledge to successfully install and repair plumbing systems in homes and businesses.
Line Erector Progam
In one of our most popular trades, learn how to safely erect, maintain, and repair transmission and distribution lines. Students will be trained in rigging, electrical circuits, and live-line work. Power line safety and electrical circuits will also be covered so they will be prepared for any circumstance they encounter.
Roofing Progam
Our roofing students are taught by experienced professionals who know the ins and outs of this vital trade. In the roofing program, students learn how to install, maintain, repair, and extend all types of roofing including clay, concrete, metal, and thermoplastic roofs for a variety of purposes and building designs.
